I DECIDED TO STOP HAVING LESSONS: How can I get my remaining balance back?

We are so sad to see you go! If your decision is final, we can check the possibility of a refund.

Please note according to Subscription Services Terms, we can issue refunds only if both of the following conditions are met: 

· You didn't have any lessons that took place within the subscription month and all your hours are intact. 

· The transaction you wish to be refunded was made less than 28 days ago.

I had lessons within the last billing cycle, but my tutor suddenly deleted their profile. Can I get a refund?

We are terribly sorry that your tutor is not available and not able to fulfill your expectations. 

Please do remember that Tutors also have Situations or Emergencies where they cannot fulfil their obligation.  

If you do not wish to have lessons with any other available tutors on the Prez AtoZ English platform, in this case ONLY we can make an exception and provide you with the refund. Please reach out to the Prez AtoZ English Support team specifying the circumstances to assist you accordingly.

NON-REFUNDABLE PAYMENTS 

To the extent permitted by applicable law, payments are nonrefundable, and we do not provide refunds for any partial subscription or unused credits. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Prez AtoZ English may provide a refund in the event no credit has been used during your current subscription, provided the payment was made less than 28 days ago. A refund request shall be sent to support@prezenglish.com. To the fullest extent permitted by law, any refunds are at Prez AtoZ English’s Sole discretion. 

If both conditions are met, feel free to reach out to our Support team, so we can initiate a refund for you.

WHAT ARE MY OPTIONS IF THE REFUND IS NOT POSSIBLE?

If your tutor is available for teaching, then use the remaining balance for lessons. We also recommend cancelling the subscription to avoid unwanted charges.

If you are not happy with your tutor, you can transfer your subscription to another tutor if available or transfer/donate/gift your hours to a new student:

Transfer hours

One cannot transfer hours to another student unless the following are met: 

• The person you are transferring the hours to MUST be a new student. 

•  The new student must purchase a monthly subscription.

• After the purchase the donated hours will be added.
