Pausing subscription: How does it work?

How does pausing 

· You can pause your subscription once per billing cycle to maximum of twice per year to a total of 6 weeks at stretch.

· After six weeks of pausing subscription, it will activate, after the subscription hours are used the subscription will stop.  

· You will need to take all your scheduled lessons before you can pause your subscription.

· While paused, you will not be able to take or schedule any lessons with your tutor.

· When you stop the pause, you will have the same amount of time until your subscription renewal date as it was before the pause except for the abovementioned.

Example 1: Your subscription's next renewal date is in 6 days, and you have 1 lesson scheduled tomorrow, and 3 hours on the balance. Once your scheduled lesson takes place, and you mark it as confirmed, you can pause your subscription. When you reactivate it, you will still have 3 hours on your balance and 5 days until your subscription's next renewal date.
