No Shows

If the student does not show up for the lesson… 

Occasionally, due to unforeseen circumstances, students might be late/unable to attend lessons without prior notice.

We recommend our tutors to wait 15-16 minutes, but if the student has not joined the lesson within the first 10 minutes, the tutor is free to leave and charge for the full lesson.

Remember just as your time is valuable so is your tutor’s time. Our tutors and professors are highly recommended and sought after in their field and teach at a fraction of their regular rate.

For the first lesson, we really try to be flexible with our students, because we all know that problems may occur.
